    I had Chas Kaufmann/Mr. Gutter come out this spring to do some gutter and downspout work on my house and they did a great job but did not finish due to the ice buildup on my house.
    They said they would be back in the spring to finish my last downspout and after leaving at least five voicemails on his machine no one has even called me back...
    I paid him in full and I guess that was my mistake.. Would NOT recommend them to anyone!
